Requirements
* The prospective distributor should be a limited liability company or a registered business and ready to offer distribution services under its business name
* Legal Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Trading license, URA registration certificate for TIN, VAT and Income Tax, Articles of Association
* Directors’ personal ID documents (Passport copy /driving license)
* Recommendation from Business associates/ referees/ Local Councils
* Brief company profile / Business plan
* Running capital of UGX 40m – 80m
Required Infrastructure
- Distribution capability – Truck, Tri-cycle, Push cart, Bicycles, Trolleys etc. as may be dictated by the area,
- Strategic storage space for 500 to 1000 cartons / boxes depending on the area,
- Office
- Human Resource – staff.
